So there is a gang of boys who grew up together. They have seen each other through thick & thin. They've studied & played & chased girls together.They grow up & one by one start getting married. So the gang keeps expanding to include wives & then kiddos. When the gang meets, the bond between the boys is as strong as ever, but it's not the same with the wives coz they are too busy feeding the kids at each party to bother about bonding.
Yesterday was another such party to welcome a new member, a boy's fiance. Hope this marks a new beginning

Oh! That's so sad. Thankfully, I bond really well with The Guy's friends and their wives. So much so that it's we, the women, who make programmes to meet up instead of the men.

oh i am abs with D on that actaully touch wood but in our case most of the friends mine and his have become common now ya there are some friends of his i dont get along with and vice versa but they are few...
lucky us :)

i find most of navy's friends are older and their wives too - so there is little common ground
the younger singles- men and women- i bond with well
and of course we share common college friends
