Fort Tragedy

I was so shocked to read the morning papers today. The Mehrangarh Fort (Jodhpur) tragedy brought back memoroies of March this year when we had visited the Fort & Ansh had enjoyed going up & down the slope on which the tragedy happened yesterday.

This tragedy has happened within months of the Naina Devi tragedy . When will the authorities wake up ?

It's really sad that nothing concrete gets done inspite of recurring tragedies.

The impact of an incident such as that stampede is greater when we've actually personally been to that place. On another day and at another time, it could have been us! It's a scary thought.

@D- Yes. I instantly pulled out the photos. The place & the serenity of it all when we visited came gushing back
