Dental dilimma

We went to the dentist yesterday in the evening & he left us with 2 options:
1- Extract the front four teeth. He will as it is get his new teeth after 6 year of age.
2-Give Ansh General Anaesthesia & do the root canal treatment. This option is going to be expensive & we won't be able to claim it through insurance.
We did give the nod for the root canal under general anaesthesia to the doctor who asked us to go ahead for some basic blood tests etc so that the procedure could be done next Sunday.
However, we spoke to Ansh's paediatrician in the night & he asked us to take a second opinion . So while I am at office working today, Abhi is in another clinic with Ansh, taking a second opinion.
