Fortunately, both me & hubby are movie buffs. We love to catch the new movies in the first week itself.I am so glad that even Ansh has been conditioned to sit through movies in the theatre without making a fuss. This weekend's movie, "थोड़ा प्यार थोड़ा Magic" was especially for Ansh. & he simple "loved" it. In fact there were instances where he was literally shouting with excitement in the theatre with comments like " अरे देखो , भगवानजी नीचे आ गए" or "अरे उन्हें पता ही नही की वोह तो Angel है" or "यह भगवानजी तोह हमारे भगवानजी जैसे नही लगते" ("See, God has come down to earth", "They do not know that sh is an Angell", "This God does not look like our God")। There was an instance in the movie where the angel explains to the kids that if they do good thin gs like going to bed on time etc, God will give them plus points & if they do bad things , God will give minus points. If one collects lots of plus points, God will grant the wishes. Now, this is working like magic with Ansh. The moment I remind him of the points, he does lots of things which otherwise are so difficult for me , like , going to bed on time etc.

The other movie that saw last night was "Out of Africa". My SIL, Swati had mentioned about this movie a few months back & how much she liked it. I caught it while flipping the channels last night & ended up watching it. It is a lovely movie based on a novel & is a true story of the experiences of a Dutch Baroness in colonial Kenya. The movies was made in 1985 & won 7 Oscars. Now, I also want to read the book on which it is based. The lead character, that of the baroness was played by Meryl Streep। It is a love story. Very warm & touching & Kenya looks superb. I recommend this movie to everyone.

The third movie we saw (on DVD)was "The Lake House" (2006) starring Sandra Bullock & Keanue Reeves. A love story where the characters live in two different time zones , 2 years apart. Quite an illogical movie but nevertheless, it was a nice enjoyable one time watch. :)

Yes..that's how you do those potato stamps :)
I made a start zigzag shaped flower, a regular 5 petal flower, a crescent, a small dot, a simple zigzag for making borders.
You can make sun or an alphabet 'A' since his name starts with A.
Its just wonderful. And if you mess with it you can always reuse the potato for cooking :)
Thanks nm...:) Will try it soon!
