Kolkata calls on the Army

earSo yesterday was a memorable day for Kolkatans as the parts of the city went thru one of the worst mob fury seen in recent past. The police with burnt fingers at Nandigram where their firing was considered unconstitutional by the courts cud not do anything to control the crowds at Prak Circus, Rippon treet & AJC Bose areas. The Army had to be called & there was curfew the whole night. Ansh was unfortunately in school near the affected area. Mummy had just dropped him off & went shopping when we heard of the crisis. We immediately asked her to pick up Ansh & rush home. There was no effect in my office area except that the traffic was miniscule when I was returning back in the evening.Mummy & Papa were so worried in Bhutan.They kept calling up thruout the day to know our wellbeing. Today things are back to normal. The schools are also open.
Anyways, the fact that I returned early yesterday helped coz I cud take Ansh to the nearby clinic of Ramdev Baba. We got from him a Badam tonic & another ayurvedic digestive medicine. Hope it helps.
