The Robbery

Yesterday our servant Rakesh who had been working for us for 4 months,was handed over Rs 16500 in office to give us in 4th floor. & he ran away with the money. Abhi had great presence of mind & rounded up a few guys & straight went to Howrah station. To our greatest luck, he was spotted by Abhi in no time. When he started running, Abhi shouted"Chor Chor". Ultimately the rat was caught by RPF(Railway POlice Force). Abhi recovered all the money. He should have been handed over to the police & Abhi shud have returned.But no, the kind hearted sissy that he is, he did not want to put the rat in jail. So while the case was being handled & shifted from RPF to our local Police Station, Abhi was with them the whole time, trying to get the rat out of the mess. Rakesh was caught at 9 pm & Abhi got him back home at 2 am. Of course his decision was also influenced by Papa who also wanted to let the rat go. I was agahst!!Are we being good social citizens by letting criminals go off the hook like this? & going out of our ways to protect them???Abhi's arguement was that the guy is not a professional & if put in jail, he will become a professional. What a silly agruement.

Anyways, the good thing is that we got Ansh into a dance class today. He however cried a whole lot when left alone. So I do not know what we'll do now. Continue with it or let it go.
